1. General Policy: No Returns
i. All Sales Are Final: Shaira Jewels operates under a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
ii. Once an item is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of the style.
2. Exceptions to the Policy
We only accept returns or provide replacements under the following two specific conditions:
i. Damaged Items: If the jewelry item arrives physically broken, damaged, or defective due to transit.
ii. Incorrect Size / Wrong Item: If you receive a size different from what you ordered, or if a completely wrong item was shipped to you.
3. Mandatory Requirement: Open-Box Video
To qualify for a return or replacement under the exceptions listed above, an unboxing video is strictly required.
i. Continuous Footage: You must record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the parcel from the very beginning.
ii. Clear Visibility: The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed packaging being opened, and the immediate inspection of the damaged or incorrectly sized jewelry item.
iii. No Video, No Return: If a valid, uncut open-box video is not provided, we will not be able to process any return, refund, or replacement request under any circumstances.
4. How to Claim a Return
If your item is damaged or incorrectly sized, and you have the required open-box video:
i. Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
ii. share it via our website's WhatsApp chat support.
iii. Our quality check team will review the video footage and respond within 2 working days with instructions for the replacement or refund process.
